Is My Website's Code Valid?

A great customer of ours sent me an email asking about Search Engine Optimization and more specifically, the practice of validating her HTML code. She had received an email from a competitor who wanted to charge her around $200.00 to do something that she could do for free. The charge was not even to fix the problem, just to tell her that she might have problems.

Of course, when we started her website, the plan was that the site would be validated out of the box, so she didn't have to worry about it. Having your website code valid is one of the many things that Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines are looking for. Not all web designers have the skills to pull this off, and others simply cant be bothered to do the job correctly.
The point is, if you have a website, and you want to make sure that it's running at it's best, head to this website and type in your website address.

If you have a bunch of errors, give us a call and we'll talk about what it takes to fix them. Piece of cake :)
